Welcome to Kerkhoff Auction and Real Estate

Kerkhoff Auction and Real Estate was started in 2000 by Doug and Rhonda Kerkhoff. In April of 2007, Kerkhoff Auction and Real Estate purchased the Marguth Action Company in Redwood Falls. This is a 7,000 sq ft indoor auction facility on 3.3 acres on the East edge of Redwood Falls. In April of 2008, Valerie Stephens, of Olhausen Realty, merged her business with Kerkhoff Auction and Real Estate. Together they have been serving the Redwood Falls area and beyond for more than a decade.

Kerkhoff Auction and Real Estate are proud members of the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association, Minnesota Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the West Central Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service.

We stress the importance of working with the Multiple Listing Service and make sure we are looking in the best interest of both the buyers and sellers.
